Training

International youth trainer and facilitator

I design and facilitate learning processes for young people and youth workers: youth exchanges, training courses and hybrid sessions.

What I do

Four ways of working with groups

Youth exchanges

I facilitate Erasmus+ youth exchanges: group dynamics, intercultural learning and spaces where every participant contributes.

Training courses

I train youth workers on international courses, as lead trainer or as part of a team.

Programme design

I design learning processes from start to finish and bring practical knowledge of how projects really work, from the first idea to the impact.

Hybrid format

I have facilitated hybrid activities since the pandemic, with participants in the room and online.

How I work

Learning by doing

People learn by doing. I design participatory, experiential processes in which the group builds the learning, with the same honesty I bring to everything else.
