Projects
What I run, what I have co-founded and where I publish. Each project has its own website: here is what it does and what my role is.
European projects consultancy
Founder and director
My main goal at Plusers is to work for young people's development.
Plusers helps associations, local councils, NGOs, vocational schools, secondary schools and universities carry out Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, from the idea to the approved project.
Cooperation NGO
Co-founder · since 2020
UPlanet builds infrastructure and runs international cooperation projects with local partners. In Mauritania we work on Sahara Haya, a six-sector drip-irrigated vegetable garden in Bir Moghrein, and in 2026 I took part in registering its branch, UPlanet Mauritanie.
It also runs youth training courses in Spain, such as Hack U Potential (Málaga, 2025), where I was lead trainer.
Training
I design and facilitate youth exchanges and training courses for young people and youth workers.
Emotional well-being association
New project
MindUp Plus is a non-profit association that promotes the emotional and psychological well-being of people aged 18 to 35. It works through non-formal education: it is not therapy, but practical tools to understand emotions and handle them calmly.
Its motto sums it up: “Emotional well-being that is learned, practised and shared”.
Youth association for music and culture
Co-founder · since 2024
Clappin' Plus uses music, art and cultural expression to help young people gain confidence and a voice. It also runs Erasmus+ youth exchanges.
Youth sports association
Co-founder · since 2024
Iuvenis Sport Plus is a non-profit association in Madrid that uses sport to empower young people: physical activity, social inclusion and youth participation, including through Erasmus+ projects.
Tourism and travel
Co-founder, with Aina
Trip2gether offers private guided tours of Madrid and day trips to El Escorial, Alcalá de Henares, Aranjuez and Chinchón, programmes for companies and educational groups, and group trips for couples. I hold a Higher Technician degree in Tourist Guiding, Information and Assistance.
Podcast
Host
“Lo que NO sabías de Erasmus+ por Plusers” is my Spotify podcast about what usually goes untold in European programmes. On my YouTube channel I also post videos and webinars.
